Help us find the others!

Guidelines to follow:

1) No illegal activity occurs during the event.

2) Event will not provide access to psychedelics or be used as a way to recruit people to underground psychedelic sessions.

3) The event respects its audience, who have gathered around psychedelic-related content.

4) The host(s) present themselves in an honest and transparent way.

5) Any claims related to scientific or therapeutic information about psychedelics are backed up by credible sources, and acknowledge that psychedelics (e.g. magic mushrooms/psilocybin, LSD, DMT, ayahuasca, etc) are still considered schedule 1 drugs and are not able to be prescribed or used legally for therapy or recreational purposes. The FDA has not approved any of these drugs as medications at this time, nor have they been legalized federally or in the state of Minnesota for any use at this time.

6) Events will not be used to solicit parishioners for psychedelic churches, given that psychedelics do not have broad legal protection under the Religious Freedom and Restoration Act (RFRA). A few exemptions from the DEA have been granted to specific churches in the United States for two Brazilian religions, the Santo Daime and União do Vegetal churches, which have been approved for religious use by the DEA in Oregon, Southern California, and New Mexico. Peyote is also approved by the DEA for religious use, however this only applies under the American Indian Religious Freedom Act for members of the Native American Church.
